My boyfriends ex wont leave me alone, when does it become harassment?
My boyfriends ex girlfriend keeps sending me texts saying that she is going to kick my ass, warns me not to come places, and just freaks out on me. In person she will start screaming matches and im honestly afraid of her. My boyfriend and the new guy she is seeing play on the same football team so she is at all the game and spits at me and stuff. when does it cross the line into harassment so i can have something done? can i get a restraining order so she cant come to the games?
im also worried cuz she is seventeen and im nineteen...will this make much more of a difference in court?
do i have to go to court?
can i just get a restraining order that will last till the season is over?
will it be active imediately?

what you need to do is start a police file of your complaint. and build one with your school counselor. save the texts and make some pictures of said actions. in doing all of this you will have a strong case for a restraining order. also school hazing is against the law and school district policy she could be suspended and arrested. so build your case and strike back.
