Directional selection. (I am assuming that "red" and "white" are incompletely dominant and the pink is the heterozygote).

As long as the population of flowers is finite, continuing to preferentially eat the white ones will eventually eliminate the white allele, and all plants will be red-flowered. Genetic drift can speed this process, i.e. the cows eat or step on some immature plants before they have reproduced. (I wrote a computer program to perform this simulation, actually. It was pretty surprising how few generations it took to eliminate the allele.)
