Frequently Asked Questions...
Amish question!!! Kinda like Amish except more modern...?
I have had a couple interviews with a construction company (specializing mostly in concrete), met with their secretary, met with their president, and I think they are Amish, they wear bonnets, dresses, aprons, long-sleeve button-down shirts, canvas pants, and hats, the men have large beards, however, they use cell phones, power tools, gasoline powered tools, heavy diesel machinery, drive pick-up trucks, and overall seem very assimilated to secular cultures and seemed to be very ready to employ me, a dirty, young, redneck carpenter.
They live in the LaCrosse area of Central Wisconsin and speak with somewhat of a southern drawl.
If you know what they might be, please tell me some more about them, also the type of etiquette I should use on the job site, i.e. tobacco use, language, slang, overall manners.
Answer:
They are either Amish or Mennonite people.
Not all Amish and Mennonites are against all forms of modern tech. They do use electricity, cell phones, etc.
The main thing that sets them apart is their religious beliefs and their conservative dress. They believe in G-d, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. They believe that people should be honest, kind, and they believe that helping others in need is important. (They can be very nice people, once they feel that they can trust you.)
When working with them be polite, friendly and honest. These are the main things that they look for in people. (And avoid using crude language, alcohol and tobacco while working with them.)

Online Video Marketing - One Method To Success
In online video marketing, watching the market is crucial to understand what works and what does not work. When searching for new ideas and methods, it is OK to leverage someone's ideas, yet ensure your results are unique and not an exact copy. My understandings of this topic hold true throughout the rest of this article.
Any passion you put into play will eventually lead you to success.
Let's now take a look at a very good online tool. I am one that talks a lot about online video marketing and applying it to your business. Many have had success with online video marketing.
Now YouTube is the dominate player in video and I have taught and use it in my online video marketing campaigns. Yet there are other tools out there that will work great with YouTube.
The tool that I speak of is Tumblr. If you did not know already, since inception Tumblr has become huge in the industry. Tumblr has become more than just a common blogging platform. It now attracts experts and business alike.
online video marketing
Tumblr can host your videos in a very professional style format. The layout is attractive and woth your time to upload your videos. As Squidoo use to be the dominate force on the web, Tumblr is quickly surpassing it.
Tumblr numbers speak for themselves. 15 billion view and 2 million plus posting a day are numbers that might surprise some marketers. As a standalone website it is powerful indeed, yet combined that with YouTube or another website and you can see the potential.
A paid version is in the works and will provide even more tools to those that wish to utilize its powerful features. Depending on what you are looking for in services, you may find a need for the paid service.
This is how I recommend using Tumblr. Start off with a standalone YouTube Channel or WordPress website. You can have both and most marketers do have both. When you upload a video to YouTube or embed a video into your own website, also upload it to Tumblr. Wait a few weeks to see the improvements. Improvements are usually seen by those that upload at least one video per week and add a little text within the post.
Tumblr has a following that rival YouTube. Keep in mind Tumblr is not like a Facebook or MySpace. Those that use it are a bit more conservative than typical Facebook users. In more areas of the service, you may see a bit of Facebook bashing, yet do not worry about this and look at Tumblr as a marketing tool and not a service to socialize
Using Tumblr is easy to use and can have a very positive effect on your internet marketing tool. At the most it will take five minutes out of your day to post a new video to your Tumblr account. The ranking, buzz and social power of this service send a powerful dose of link juice to any website or video channel. Yet if you would like to use it as a standalone website, then you can expect results that are similar to Squidoo. That means page ranking in the top 30 of Google.
